House and Land Packages
Housing Concepts have a very successful model in new subdivisions. It consists of a team approach with architect, developer, sales and Housing Concepts working with the clients to provide house and land packages. We are currently offering house and land packages in the popular Jade River subdivision in Warkworth and Matakana Green in Matakana.
Jade River
Housing Concepts has been building a mix of spec homes and contract builds in Jade River since 1999. This quality north facing subdivision is located in the heart of rural Warkworth.
