Housing Concepts director Dave Dohrman started his company about 20 years ago and now offers his clients over 25 years industry experience. Initially focusing on large architecturally designed homes the company soon hit its stride when it started to focus on spec housing for the Jade River subdivision, which is located next to the Mahurangi River in Warkworth, in 1999. Dave says his role is very hands on – he’s on site every day liaising with clients and is also on the tools himself working alongside his building team.
Housing Concepts offers fixed price contracts with Housing Concepts taking care of every aspect of the build including excavation. There is no variation to the company’s fixed price contracts unless the client wants to make additional changes after the contract has been signed giving customers peace of mind over the budget for their build.
